Unwanted,’advice’ . ๐ŸŒธ

Posted on Updated on

When I ๐ŸŒธ converted ๐ŸŒธ to Catholicism I went through the RCIA process in order to learn about the mother church and religion. It was amazing grounding and I really appreciated my time learning. In mass yesterday I received the body of christ by my old RCIA teacher as he was there with his new group and I could feel he was pleased that I was still attending Mass and taking my faith in my heart and practising it. In past it was a bitter sweet moment as I soon learned on social media at the same time as attending RCIA that there were some catholics that believed everything we were doing was wrong.. From the RCIA initiation to our appreciation and admiration of our holy father, to doctrines and so on.. No matter what we did there would be indirect critisms chipping away constantly and trying to make us feel unless we did things the old way it wasn’t true and in fact we were even name called ‘fake catholics’. ๐ŸŒธ What did it achieve? Nothing other than to satisfy their sense of superiority and indulging their sense of know it all ‘wisdoms’ things that pope francis would be appalled by… But it got me thinking about unwanted advice and how often people think they can ‘teach us’ how to live our lives and then get offended or angry if we don’t follow their tyrannical ill intended ways. ๐ŸŒธ Despite all that stuff I had an amazing weekend of attending Saturday evening vigil and Sunday Mass and despite it being a ‘new invalid mass’ according to those old social media catholics that object to everything since Vatican II and criticise everything as ‘invalid’ .. I really felt Jesus present in the eucharist and felt renewal and a great love in my heart for him. ๐ŸŒธ In effect they were wrong. ๐ŸŒธ I encourage people who wish to convert to ignore unwanted advice and politics and once that flame for Jesus ignites then just roll with it and enjoy these magnificent moments with Jesus. ๐ŸŒธ Don’t seek to listen to others righteous anger… Its your life and you are approaching jesus… He knows who you are and you are building a relationship with him…its nobody else’s business and if you need council you have plenty of clergy to ask in church or go to mother church. ๐ŸŒธ Unless you invite advice it is unwanted and intusive. They should be

concentrating on their own spiritual journey . ๐ŸŒธ God bless and love Jesus. ๐ŸŒธ ๐ŸŒธ ๐ŸŒธ ๐ŸŒธ ๐ŸŒธ ๐ŸŒธ
